Abstracts (now closed)

ICPE is now accepting abstract submissions for poster presentations and oral presentations. The abstract that you submit may be accepted for a poster or oral presentation, depending on the number of submissions received and the topic of your submission. Accepted abstracts will be published in the Proceedings of the International Conference on Physics Education (2022).

Submissions are accepted via the Open Journals website or via email to admin@icpe2022physicseducation.com. Due to technical issues with the submission portal (which have since been resolved) abstract submissions have been extended. Please click the image below to access the submission portal (https://openjournals.library.sydney.edu.au/index.php/ICPE/index):

Before submitting, read through the linked Submission Guidelines and ensure your abstract follows the required format. Some of the important points of the submission guidelines are outlined below;

  • Abstracts should fit on one A4 page as per the Submission Guidelines.
  • Abstracts should be submitted in MS Word or Rich Text format. Do not submit as a pdf file.
  • Do not use EndNote for referencing as we may not be able to format your abstract for the proceedings if EndNote is used. If using EndNote or other bibliographic software, remove edit codes prior to submission.

You should also include the following text at the bottom of your abstract in Arial, 8pt, left justified: Proceedings of the International Conference on Physics Education, ICPE 2022 5-9 December 2022, page X, ISSN Number TBA.

You can find an example template and a guide on how to submit linked on this page.
